Biography

Dr Zhouzun Xie is a Postdoctoral Fellow and ARC DECRA Fellow in the School of Chemical Engineering at UNSW Sydney. Dr Xie’s research spans end-of-life photovoltaic-module recycling, process metallurgy, high-fidelity multiphase reactive-flow modelling, CFD–DEM and machine learning. Dr Xie received a PhD from UNSW in 2022 and the Dean’s Award for Outstanding PhD Theses in 2023, and is a Chief Investigator in the ARC Research Hub for Photovoltaic Solar Panel Recycling and Sustainability.
