Biography

Dr Wei-Cheng Chen is an assistant professor in the Department of Molecular Science and Engineering at National Taipei University of Technology. His research focuses on soft semiconductors, conjugated polymers, perovskite materials and flexible optoelectronic devices. He develops low-power electronic and neuromorphic systems, including phototransistors, optoelectronic memories, sensors and light-emitting devices. His work examines how polymer–semiconductor interfaces and device architectures can be engineered to improve electronic performance, mechanical flexibility and energy-efficient operation.
