Biography

Dr Jinqiang Zhang is a Lecturer in the School of Molecular Sciences at the University of Western Australia and an ARC DECRA Fellow. The research develops nanostructured catalysts for solar fuel production and photothermal conversion of one-carbon molecules. He completed his PhD at Edith Cowan University and undertook postdoctoral research at the University of Adelaide before joining UWA in 2025.
